IQ Systems provides consulting and custom training on a full range of subjects including: change management, project implementation and methodology, quality management and process and quality improvement.
Richard Vurdela, Principal of IQ Systems Inc., has broad-based management and quality related experience in a variety of industries. Since receiving a degree in chemical engineering and an MBA, Richard has spent half his working life in industry and the other half in management consulting. He has professional experience in marketing, sales, engineering, production and quality that have involved such diverse fields as import/export, pulp and paper, chemical and electronics as well as a variety of service industries. Richard has diverse experience in planning, integrating and implementing quality systems and process improvement initiatives across Canada .
Richard is Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and an Executive Board Member of the Vancouver Section. He is an instructor at the School of Business, BCIT and adjunct faculty at City University (MBA Program). Richard is a Certified Quality Auditor (NQI-CQA) and a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP).
